This volume of naruto starts where Choji is leaving his battle. As the Konoha genin chase the sound four through the forest to "rescue" Sasuke. They catch up to the sound four then Negi fights his battle against Kidomaru.

Okay,there is only one word to describe this volume; "Violence." Lots of violence. This is a very good volume, it contains awesome fight scenes, especially the Neji fight. If you come across this at the store next month, i encourage you to buy it!
